- Course completion is measured by the number of lessons accessed and viewed
- If you have completed more than 30% of the course, you are not eligible for a refund

- Your account must be in good standing
- You have not violated our Terms & Conditions
- You have not previously received a refund for the same course
- You have not engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior
2.4 Certificate Status
- You have not downloaded or claimed a certificate of completion for the course
- If a certificate has been issued, you are not eligible for a refund
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- After 30 Days: Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Excessive Consumption: If you have accessed more than 30% of the course content
- Certificate Issued: If you have downloaded or received a certificate of completion
- Bundle Purchases: Individual courses within a bundle cannot be refunded separately; bundles must be refunded as a whole
- Promotional Purchases: Courses purchased during special promotions or at discounted prices may have modified refund terms as stated at the time of purchase
- Gift Purchases: Courses purchased as gifts are refundable only by the original purchaser, not the gift recipient

- Technical Issues: Refunds will not be issued for technical difficulties on your end (internet connectivity, device compatibility, etc.) when reasonable alternatives are available
